MPCVD

MPCVD (Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition) is a high-performance equipment for the preparation of synthetic diamonds. The MPCVD equipment independently developed by Huahe Semiconductor can achieve high-quality growth of both single-crystal and polycrystalline diamonds. The equipment's microwave output frequency covers 915~2450 MHz and can grow diamond films ranging from 2 inches to 10 inches.
