Flexible graphene thermal conductive film is a product with excellent properties such as high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, high flexibility, and lightweight. By adjusting the micro self-assembly morphology of the membrane, the flexibility of the membrane itself can be enhanced, thereby improving indicators such as bending resistance and elongation. Under the conditions of 180°and R2 angle bending test, the bending times can reach more than 400000 times, and the thermal conductivity attenuation at the bending point is less than 10%. It can be applied to the heat dissipation of hinge structures such as folding screens and VR eyes. It has the following characteristics:
1.1 High thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity (horizontal) is above 1200W/m.K
1.2 Super resistant to bending: gentle and durable, able to meet R2, 180°, and bending times>400000 times.
1.3 Good thermal stability: Made by high-temperature sintering at around 3000℃ and stable for use at 500℃.
1.4 Non toxic and environmentally friendly: compliant with RoHS 2.0, REACH, and halogen standards.
1.5 Good reprocessing performance: can be compounded with other film materials such as PET or other adhesives, easy to process.
